Right of withdrawal or term of office
If you buy remotely, you have a legal concealment period of fourteen days (the cooling-off period).
Your bedtime begins on the day you received the product.
In the meantime, if you refuse your purchase and use of your right of withdrawal,
please contact us via our customer service and then fill in the cancellation form and send it to us.
Note: HardwareGuru XBMC / Kodi software is excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Please note that, as a buyer, you are liable for impairment of the product if it is a consequence of a way of dealing with the product beyond what is necessary for the nature,
to determine the characteristics and operation of the product.
In short, if the product is more used or unpacked than it would be in the physical store to determine the operation of a product.

Only the costs for returning from your home to us are for your own account

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.
Note: The risk of returning - for example, for potential searches - is with you (the buyer).

When we have the product in, we will receive the full order amount as soon as possible
(no later than 5 working days after receipt of the return).
Exchange is also possible within fourteen days after receipt of the product.

Products can only be exchanged if they are undamaged and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a request for exchange if the product does not meet these requirements.
